Contributed Talks

Each accepted paper will be allotted to a 25 minute talk.

Authors wishing to speak should submit an abstract via the conference WEB page by September 17, 2018.

Short paper (up to 6 pages) will be published in the conference proceeding with ISBN number.

Special Section on Optimization in Image Processing and Computer Vision

The special section of the conference VOCAL focuses on algorithms and systems where optimization techniques are applied to solve image processing and computer vision problems. Topics include but not limited to: Continuous Optimization, Stochastic Optimization, MRFs, Belief Networks, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Graph Cuts, Linear Programming, and Dynamic Programming

Short Papers

Short paper (up to 6 pages) will be published in the conference proceeding with ISBN number for those who submit their contribution by the specified deadline and pays the registration fee by the early registration deadline; see page Important Dates.

Publication in Special Issue of CEJOR

Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the Central European Journal of Operations Research. For the acceptance papers will be refereed according to the standards of the  journal.
